Article 1 - Definitions
 
In these conditions shall apply:
1. Company: the natural and/or legal Icetags representative who delivers products and/or services through the web shop or store to consumers;
2. Consumer: the buyer of goods, a natural person not acting in the exercise of profession or business
3. Price: the price of the good selected on the Internet or in the store (s) includes VAT and excluding the possible shipping charges
4. Offer: A complete and accurate description of the products

Article 3 - Applicability
 

These general conditions apply to all items sold in the shop to the consumer. Before placing the order these terms should be read and accepted.
In these General Conditions speaking of "consumer" is the natural person or entity, which we have concluded a (purchase) agreement, or the person who ordered and delivered on whose behalf.
As provided in these terms and conditions can be waived only if the changes are agreed upon in writing.
As well as the consumer to his general terms, the consumer's requirements do not apply. Not unless the terms of the consumer are in breach of these terms and conditions. One other stipulation in the terms of the consumer does not change that.
Where in these terms and conditions of the supply (of goods) "is also understood to mean the provision of services and activities.

Article 4 - Prices
 
The prices in the webshop are including VAT and excluding possible shipping charges.


Article 5 - Delivery and delivery deadlines
 
The company will be the utmost diligence in the receipt and execution of orders and products.
The place of delivery is the address that the consumer makes known to the company.
The company will accepted orders after receiving payment expeditiously but not later than (five) perform five days, unless a longer delivery has been agreed. If delivery is delayed or if an order is not or only partially carried out, the consumer receives them no later than one week after placing the order. Article 6 - Agreement

The agreement is established at the time of the consumer accepts the offer and the acceptance by consumers of the associated conditions.
When the company's order form and payment receipt of the products ordered, the contract is concluded.
The company is entitled to refuse orders without giving any reason or to attach certain further conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If an order is not accepted, the company will inform by e-mail within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the order along to the consumer.
 
Article 7 - Warranty

The consumer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of - and is responsible for the information he has provided us.
The items will be shipped in good condition and packed with the utmost care. If it appears that the products do not comply with this warranty and the unlikely event an item has been damaged as a result of any failure to properly package the article will be provided by the company to replace the item ordered provided that this Article shall geretouneerd. For any damage caused during mail delivery and mail processing, the company is not liable and therefore therefore not eligible for compensation and / or replacement of the item ordered.
If there is damage to an article by careless handling will void any warranty. The color of the items offered on the website may vary for technical reasons, which is received there. Items can only be exchanged in concert within 7 days.
 
Article 8 - Liability
 
If a supplied article might still show a defect, the liability is limited to the provision of a replacement product. Other direct or indirect damage is always limited to an amount equal to or less than the purchase price of the article.
 
Article 9 - Returns
 
Articles may be returned 7 days after the date of receipt, provided that these articles are not worn or damaged in order to qualify for a refund of the purchase price. This does not apply to personalized products. You must notify the company thereof in advance and return it in the same way as you received it. The shipping cost of return should be paid for by the consumer.
 
Article 10 - Disputes

All contracts between the company and the consumer under these terms refer only to Dutch law.
